I think the new Peter Nix shop in Charlton Centre is a better shape for him and it does go back quite a long way, he also had a problem with leaks in the previous unit.

Another eatery to open..
And another hairdresser's. I'm told they will do hairdressing while-u-wait.
Yet another kebab emporium. I wonder what the neighbours think? Perhaps next door is moving.
Finally, I wonder what this will be in London Road?

They have been working inside Amina's/Brunch for some time, supposed to be the same type of cafe that it was previously.
Dolphine/Dolphin are simply moving to larger premises next door.

Judith was right concerning Dorothy Perkins - they're also closing their store at Westwood Cross, and Burtons too. Part of Sir Philip Green's strategy announced in November 2011 not to renew leases on 250 stores in the Arcadia Group.

What happened with Seven Seas, they got good reviews when they first opened then got temporarily closed by the health people then relaunched when things got sorted?

There were problems with the premises and Joil moved over to Folkestone where apparently he's doing very well.

Primark rumoured to be moving into Dorothy Perkins
http://www.kentonline.co.uk/dover/news/no-comment-on-primark-shop-32741/
Arcadia, the owner of fashion line Dorothy Perkins, has refused to comment on rumours that Primark will be taking over its Biggin Street lease.
The Mercury received an anonymous tip-off last week, claiming that a letting agent with four people wearing Primark branded lanyards visited on Thursday.
It follows speculation that Dorothy Perkins could be the latest retailer to leave Dover's High Street.
A Primark press spokesman said: "Primark does not comment on speculation or plans regarding new store openings."howard mcsweeney1- Location: Dover

I went in there once with my daughter and was surprised by the size, upstairs was also in use so there is a fair bit of floor space.

Re closure of Dorothy Perkins, called into Westwood Cross today when in .thanet and noticed that the chain is closing there on 14/3/15 plus Top Shop, Top Man and Burtons, all I believe owned by Arcadia; so not just Dover. Notices in windows advising customers can still, shop in .canterbury!
