http://smallbusiness.chron.com/out-legal-contract-being-sued-63828.html Oh Captain, my Captain, show that to your egalitarian Tory friends as a clue. You never know, some of your Self-servative top brass may NOT have a vested interest in privatising our NHS on the sly.
Got that Macarena tune going anyone my head now. I counter with Boogie Wonderland.

re: 77
Both the main parties hold street stalls all the year round in Dover and Deal, it gives the public the chance to ask questions on their terms if they so wish. Most people don't like politicos turning up on their doorstep uninvited.

'A contract breach occurs when one or both parties do not fulfill the legal obligations of the agreement'.
HMG signed agreement and hospitals have been provided as per legal obligations.
The fact that it was a stupid contract is neither here nor there. End of.

With reference to post #42 and the Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000:-
On printed material such as leaflets and posters, you must include the name and address of the printer, and the promoter
It is an offence not to include an imprint on printed election material.
Just saying. Not that I personally would make a complaint about such oversight but others might!

Personally I'll be voting for any candidate who promises to cut back on the 'troughing' rather than merely relocating the trough.

Looking at the features and build I'm only surprised there is no discernable white powder on the middle piggies' snout!

Keith the rubbish dumping tends to happen in only one part of the ward as you know but is always very visible- due to rental clients & irresponsible landlords.

Hello paul w
One part of the ward may be the one suffering in your eyes although your own supporters will agree(that I'm talking to) about increase in rubbish in many parts of all the ward not all rented properties, or anything to do with bad landlords

Things have changed in the last few years mainly due to charges and new rules brought in by KCC at council tips. Previously the rubbish problem in the ward was confined mainly to a section of the Folkestone Road, the causes of which Paul refers to.
Nowadays people come from all over to rid themselves of building materials, unwanted furniture and white goods. They tend to aim for locations where they have less chance of being seen like the gaps between houses and alleyways. Credit to waste services who respond quickly to reports from Councillors and members of the public.

As we have digressed into talking about rubbish.
I have often wondered if the rise in fly tipping is due to the cost of the council removing it legally. Also is it cost effective considering how much it is supposed to cost the council to clear all this dumped rubbish.

Any candidates announced yet? Seems Ukip won't have one, can't see the Libs bothering either, wonder which sacrificial lamb Labour will put up.

Of course I mean the General Election, the KCC one is an irrelevance, only about 1 in 3 bothers to vote.

Just the one spelling mistake then. Could've sworn we've also had Labour administrations since the Kent pits closed...

I think we all get the gist of this but I would question Graham's timing in placing it.
