Climbing specialists Entre-prises have been appointed to install the innovative Clip 'n Climb climbing facility at the new £26m Dover District Leisure Centre. The community leisure venue which is due to open early next year will boast a range of facilities including an eight-lane county standard competition swimming pool, learner pool, sports hall, outdoor 3G pitches, squash courts, and 120 station fitness suite.

The £53m St James development is acting as a catalyst for new investment in Dover town centre with developers looking to bring forward further regeneration projects to capitalise on the success of the scheme. Local landowner, Richard Sandilands, has appointed architects to design a regeneration scheme for Flying Horse Lane which is one of the key thoroughfares from the town centre to St James.
